Refund Policy

At Clutter Free with Stefani, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional organizing services and digital resources designed to support your journey toward a more organized life. Due to the nature of our service-based business, all sales are final.

1. NO REFUNDS

All purchases made through Clutter Free with Stefani are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • One-on-one organizing sessions

  • Virtual organizing sessions

  • Coaching services

  • Consulting services

  • Workshops and group programs

  • Digital products (downloads, guides, templates, courses, or workbooks)

  • Deposits and retainers

Because our services involve reserved time, preparation, expertise, and/or immediate access to digital materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. DEPOSITS & RETAINERS

Any deposits or retainers paid to secure services are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your scheduled date and compensate for time held on your behalf.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments rescheduled with proper notice may be moved to a mutually agreed-upon date.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending scheduled sessions

  • Actively participating in services

  • Reviewing product descriptions prior to purchase

Results are dependent on client participation and follow-through. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and do not issue refunds based on results.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.
