  • Clutter Free with Stefani is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.

  • The client retains full decision-making authority regarding disposal, donation, or removal of items unless written authorization is provided.

  • Travel fees or service area limitations may apply and will be disclosed before booking.

4. Virtual Services (United States)

For virtual or remote services:

 

  • The client is responsible for maintaining adequate internet access and necessary technology.

  • Results depend on client participation, follow-through, and implementation.

  • Clutter Free with Stefani is not responsible for technology disruptions outside of our control.

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

 

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If no refund policy is provided, all sales are considered final.

 

Missed appointments or cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees if outlined at booking.
